i totally fell in love with these and decided to make them for new year´s eve... though we don´t like buttercream here that much, i made it with blue sugar frosting and blue coconut flakes. for the eyes i "glued" on (with frosting!!) marzipan balls with a chocolate drop pushed inside.
was very funny to see people photographing the muffins with themselves before eating them...
