a quick side dish in 10 minutes!
Heat oil in pan.
Add the ginger and garlic and saute for half a minute.
Add the vegetables: the carrots and the beans first, and later the rest. Add salt, chilli powder and the sauce. Saute for 4-5 min on high flame.
Push aside the vegetables and crack the eggs in the well. Scramble them and mix them with the vegetables. Saute for another minute. Check the salt and the sauces. Garnish with chilli flakes and serve
