healthy breakfast:egg casserole with mushrooms
Eggs and mushrooms... mmmmmm.. two of my favourite ingredients come together:) combined with garlic powder.. heavenly!
• Beat the eggs in a bowl till creamy. Add salt and garlic powder to it. beat some more.
• Add some salt to all the vegetables and toss to mix well. Microwave this for 1min
• Mix the lightly steamed vegetables with the beaten eggs.
• Grease the dish with butter/olive oil.
My dish is a 3"1, 750 ml. so the three eggs fit in comfortably. If you're going to use more eggs make sure to use a bigger dish
