how sweet it is
It was a rainy sunday and I wanted to make a candied ham, and I only had cooking ham(slices). I didn't want to go to the store, so I did this.

You Will Need

Step 1first cut your ham into strips

Step 2in the pot add your mustard and brown sugar(since it was only the two of us I put 3 TBs of sugar and a couple squeezes of mustard)
then I added a drop of water to make it more liquidy

Step 3then add your ham,
keep it simmering until most of the liquid absorbs into the meat.
(about 20 min)
then remove from stove and serve
