This vegan cake is super simple and quick to make.

You Will Need (6 things)
- 3 tbsp Self-Raising Flour
- 2 tbsp Drinking Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp melted Coconut Oil (or melted vegan margarine)
- 125 ml Chocolate flavour Non Dairy Milk
- Pinch of Salt
Steps (3 steps, 10 minutes)

Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Add the melted coconut oil (or margarine) and chocolate dairy free 'milk' and whisk together until it's a smooth cake batter.

Cover the top bowl with a piece of kitchen towel and put into the microwave for approx. 4 minutes. Check it after 2 minutes, then every 30 seconds to make sure it doesn't burn.
It's ready when the top is firm and you can't see raw batter around the outside edge of the cake or bowl.
