I made this for my midnight dinner (I woke up late). I used a pure tomato puree (passata) that I got at Trader Joe's. I needed to give it flavor so I added chopped fresh garlic. I also used garlic sea salt, cracked pepper, and Italian seasoning. I think the only thing I did different was the garlic. It turned out really well. Very yummy and very easy. Would definitely make it again.
