this is an easy way if you want skin friendly face and body scrub for basically nothing :) (note: this pictures are from the internet, but my made one looks just the same)

You Will Need

Step 1All you need to do is get any sort of body or face lotion and put about a couple of tea spoons into a jar or bowl also add about half a cup of sugar make sure the scrub is gritty from the sugar but slightly liquidy:), if its too dry add more lotion if its too watery just add more sugar :) works great !

I did try this scrub and it was a little rough on my face, until I added just a touch of baby oil; now I use nothing else on my face and body. This scrub works perfect on my feet, I stand for almot 12 hrs, it is fantastic. Thanks for posting it.
