Heres a nice and simple pancake recipe that'll only take you five minutes!
Sieve or add the plain flower and salt and mix
make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the egg and whisk. Slowly start adding milk and whisk until the mixture is like a cake mixture.
Melt some butter in a pan and when the pan is hot enough add the mixture.
After a couple of seconds the outside of the mixture should be turning hard. Start moving the pancake around so it doesnt stick.
Flip it a couple times and turn it over until light brown! Enjoy :)
