I found this project on Curbly, and it was so easy to do.

Instructions

1. Cut a length of fleece to the size of scarf you would like. Mine is about 30 inches by 5 inches. Using a stencil and fabric paint, apply your desired design. Let dry, and voila! You have a personalized gift for a friend or loved one!
