Paper Clip + Button = Keyring
This is another super easy project. I don't think anyone needs a tutorial for that, but just in case...
The choice of a button and not a bead for this: Buttons hang better on paperclips due to gravity ;)
Thank you so much for your attention!
<3
p.s. can not add "a button" to the "things you will need", so here goes "Step 1":

  • How to make a charm / keyring. Easy Peasy Keyring - Step 1
    Step 1

As usual, start with gathering your supplies:
    pliers,paper clip, a key chain-thingy and
    a button of your choice

in my little world this step is usually reversed: first you get "the supplies" and then think what to do with them =)

    Step 2

unfold the paper clip [you don't need pliers for that =)]

  • How to make a charm / keyring. Easy Peasy Keyring - Step 3
    Step 3

    Slide a button on it

  • How to make a charm / keyring. Easy Peasy Keyring - Step 4
    Step 4

Twist and turn whichever way your little heart desires. You will need pliers for that =)
And fix it on the chain. All done =)
Tip: never forget to cover your "twisted" bits with a cloth to avoid making unsightly dents with pliers...because even if you're making a free project, it should look good with a smooth finish, otherwise why bother making it at all?

It is in fact a plastic button =P If you'd taken a sec to read the description you'd've known the reason for using a button, not a bead.

but you can think of it as a "bead" if that makes you happy
