   Buy some glitter! :D

   Buy some clear shiny lip gloss. It doesn't matter what brand.

3. 

   Apply the lip gloss to top and bottom lip.

   dip your finger in the glitter and put it on your lip glossed lips :D

   Be happy cause you now got glitter gaga lips!
