Description

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add onion and saute 5 minutes, or until tender, stirring frequently.

  2. Stir in garam masala; cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly.

  3. Add chickpeas, tomatoes, and spinach; cook 2 minutes or until spinach wilts, stirring occasionally.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt and salt. Sprinkle with cilantro.
