Easy Halloween Cookies
These are easy to make.
You can cut & decorate as you like.

You Will Need
Biscuits
200 g
Butter
100 g
Sugar
2
Egg Yolks
2 tsp
Vanilla
50 g
Corn Flour
300 g
Plain Flour
Decoration
Icing Sugar
Food Colouring

Step 1Cream together the butter, sugar, egg & vanilla.

Step 2Sift in the corn flour & flour.
Mix to form a dough.

Step 3Wrap in cling film & refrigerate for at least 1/2 an hour.

Step 4Heat oven 160 degrees.
Roll the dough out & cut into shapes.
Place on a tray & bake for 10-12 mins.

Step 5Let the biscuits cool completely.
Decorate as you like.
