I made two of these skirts. The orange one has a drawstring and is made of a slightly stiffer fabric. I wore it out today and it was super nice and casual! The blue one is actually a panel skirt. I cut strips of blue silk and blue flower-patterned/dark blue trimmed fabric and sewed them together to make my long rectangle. Then I sewed the rectangle into a tube and followed the directions from there. That one has elastic in the waistband. Great tutorial!
