I always want to create one really fun new thing for my annual Fourth of July party. Last year it was Fruit Ka'bobs. Easy and a big hit!
Hollow out the watermelon. And flip it over onto a platter. Slice up all your favorite fruits and put them on Shis Ka'bob skewers. I highly recommend pineapple for zest and Starfruit for shape and flavor! Chill for 2 hours. Stick the ends into the watermelon and pile extra "finger" fruit, like grapes, around it. Serve with your favorite yogurt as a dip. Yum, yum!
