You can whip up this cute scarf in under an hour. No knitting required. All you need is a fray-able fabric and about 45 minutes. Let's get started...
Cut your fabric... Cut two pieces of fabric that are 62" X 8"
Measure and mark 3" from each end.
Let's make the fringe... Start at one end and pull the threads of the fabric so that it begins to fray. Continue this until you get to your 3" mark. It helps to use a coarse bristle brush.
Continue this process on all four ends of your fabric until you get 3" fringe on each end.
Put it together... Place the two pieces right sides together Pin and sew down the long sides leaving the short side open. 1/4" to 1/2" seam allowance
Turn your scarf right side out
Press the scarf flat
Using a small stitch length, stitch along the short sides of the scarf. Stitch as close to where the fringe begins as possible.
Top stitch along the edge of the scarf using a 1/8" seam allowance.
And you're done!! Be sure to post your version below. If you have any questions, message me and I'll get back to you ASAP. Now go make that scarf!!! (^_^)
