These brownies are still tasty but are healthier with the omission of butter.

You will need

175 ml Fat free greek yoghurt 60 ml Skimmed Milk 55 g Cocoa Powder 75 g Plain Flour 100 g Dark muscavado Sugar 1 Egg(s) 1 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions

1. Fat Free Brownies (Makes 12) Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Transfer mixture into a tray and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (180 fan).
