Easy Easter Basket

DIY easter basket
i've got 7 nieces and nephews. do the math and you realize how expensive holidays can be. i wanted each to have their own special basket, but still be easy on the wallet.

i used small pie tins, hot glued raffia around the tin and bunched it to look like a nest. i cut up fake flowers and glued them to the raffia.

cut up strips of tissue paper to serve as the "Filling" in the tin.

to make the chick, i used plastic eggs, i drew eyes on them using a sharpie, glued on a "beak" and "wings".

and then filled each with easter chocolate. Voila!
