You Will Need

Step 1First, go to
http://www.picmonkey.com/?gclid=CJ-TwtWZ8LUCFcbKtAodAgMAnw
this is where the image is created.

Step 2After this, go to Edit a photo, then chose your primary image.

Step 3When you have completed step 2, click on the criss-cross icon on the bottom left hand side of the page, this is where you chose your second image. Go to my own texture and chose the overlapping image. After this you can change the size and position of your overlapping picture.

Step 4When you are happy with your work, don't forget to save.
