1)frst of all cut to round shape card box of the same size...colour and decorate it 2)make a small hole in the centre of both of the cards 3)cut in a pie shape in one of the card so that u can see the birth dates 4)in the other card make 12 pie shape to write months and birth dates 5)take a paper clip make it staright and put it in the centre of both the holes...and fold it again so that u cann see the dates by sliding one card...decorate it and here you go
