This is another type of cookie i put in my candy trays. its simple and easy and delicious!
Apply a generous amount of peanut butter between Ritz crackers. Melt chocolate. Drop Peanut butter cracker into chocolate and use a fork underneath it to pull it out. Lay on parchment paper to cool.
