Measure height
Measure perimeter
Take the adhesive vinyl. Cut a piece which measures the same size as perimeter but add some to the size of the height.
stick it on the tin can.
Now crop the piece of adhesive vinyl same size as the tin can and use the hairdryer to rub out those air bubbles.
