Easy Cake Pops

Cake pops I made for my Confirmation party, hence the crosses on them. :P I apparently did not make enough, because they were gone in two minutes flat. Haha. Even limiting them to the kids wasn't enough. I also made the pops bigger, so there were less of them.

The shortening made the chocolate TOO thin, so it took a long time for the chocolate to set. I eventually just stuck the pops in the freezer for a few minutes so the chocolate would harden. That worked pretty well, but then the chocolate cracked, so I brushed a bit more melted chocolate on the cracks to cover them.
