A great way to use up leftover Easter eggs.

Step 1Heat oven 160 degrees
Melt butter.
Mix butter & sugars together.

Step 2Mix together the egg, yolk & vanilla together.
Mix into the butter mixture.

Step 3Add the flour, Bicarb & salt to the mixture.
Stir to combine.

Step 4Add the chocolate eggs.
Mix through.

Step 5Press into a tray.
Bake for 25-30 mins.

Step 6Cut & serve
