Easter Egg Cookie Bars
Really easy to make.
A great way to use up leftover Easter eggs.
Heat oven 160 degrees
Mix butter & sugars together.
Mix together the egg, yolk & vanilla together.
Mix into the butter mixture.
Add the flour, Bicarb & salt to the mixture.
Stir to combine.
Add the chocolate eggs.
Press into a tray.
Bake for 25-30 mins.
Cut & serve
