I found an old giant bead I bought a long time ago, but never used it. I wanted to make a simple necklace with it, but without all the clasps and tools and actual work. I used as my inspiration, a simple black corded irish celtic necklace i bought for like fifteen bucks. I was like '...i can make this'. it's so easy. So, I simply went to the craft store and bought black cotton cords and cut the cord to fit around my neck. (one of the pics above is the cord that i bought, so you can get the same kind)Then, you slide the bead onto it, and simply just put around your neck and tie it! It's that easy, and the bead doesn't even move. and you can switch the bead up whenever, because you don't have to attach it or anything. It's so simple. I wish I had though of this before. So, instead of making a bunch of random necklaces, use the same cord and simply string your desired bead/charm onto it. :]
