I know, I know: These are everywhere. Now to toss mine into the fray: ultra-simplified and with pics for every step.

You Will Need

Step 1Gather your materials.

Step 2Dismantle picture frame.

Step 3Use glass to trace shape onto plastic grid (I got mine in the embroidery section of the craft store). Cut out grid into final shape.

Step 4Hot glue the grid to the wooden part of the picture frame. Be messy, no one will ever see it!

Step 5Hot glue ribbon to the corners and let dry. Done!

I think i would do this but without the background so I can put my pins onto it and finally have a way to display them.
