You will need

Folder Or Magizine any color String Grocery Bag or any bag Duck Tape Or Scotch dangled Earrings

Instructions

1. 

   First you put the bag over the folder or magizine. ( make sure the bottom is pretty tight )

2. 

   ( sorry for the mess, i was in a rush ) Next you flip it over to the bad side and tape the extra so its flat when you flip it over. You can justtape the sides to make it flat also.

3. 

   When your done taping and flip it over it should look like this. The bag should be pretty tight, but not to tight.

4. 

   Then flip it over again were you taped it and tape a string on so you can hang it.

5. 

   Next add the earrings on.( the hoops can go on bottom ) :o)

   This is what it should look like when its finished. =-)
