Sooo, I got a variety of feathers from a crafty friend, and these ones were very boring and brown... she told me, they could do with some color and that it might be easy to dye them with Directions Haircolor as the structure of a feather resemples the structure of human hair. Well.... it worked. :)

Well.... it worked. :)

Instructions

1. 

   Grab the paintbrush ansd start painting.

2. 

   Don't forget the backsides.

3. Wait ~15 minutes and then wash them out.

4. 

   Let them dry and afterwards you'll have more color in your life :) They're a litte ..scruffy..now.. harassed by the haircolor chemicals maybe.. I should've used a conditioner xD
