An adorable top hat made of duct tape :D
I would have used the new patterned duct tape, but I made this like a year ago,,
<3 It's still cute though! :D

You Will Need

Step 1
Take your first color of duct tape, cut about 12 pieces of duct tape about 15 inches long and overlap the eges so about .5 cm is covered on each.

Now fold it so that the sticky sides are touching, and all you see is that color.

Step 3
Now, do the same thing (seperate) with 5 pieces about 30 inches long and fold them over again.

Now cut out a large circle, and then a smaller circle about 1.5 inches in from the edge. You now have the brim and the top of the hat.

Step 5
Next, make the first rectangle of tape into a tube and tape the edges on the inside and the outside as well.

Now tape the top onto it along the inside and the outside.

Step 7
Next, is the brim. Tape the brim to the other end on the inside and outside.

Now is the fun part! Use your other color of duct tape and cut out fun shapes, then stick them on! :D I used neon green, and I did little lightning bolts along it, but its your call,

You have a Fun hat!
