Okay this takes some decation to make. I made it in two parts. first i made the dream catcher. it is made out of wire (braded in to a circle for strengh) then take your thread and make a web like pattren add beads and feathers. Next make your base. My base was a plain purple hemp choker. add your dream catcher to it and the dangle chain,beads. i made every peice of this by hand but you can buy everything you need at hobby lobby or walmart. enjoy.
