Dragonfruit Salsa

Salsa with dragonfruit, tomatoes, yellow pepper, cucumber, spring onions and basil!

You Will Need (10 things)

  • 1 Dragonfruit
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • Handful of fresh Basil
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Corn Chips

Steps (5 steps, 15 minutes)

    Each week, I'm going to challenge myself to cook with a new ingredient that I've never used before and this week I got a dragonfruit from Whole Foods.

    Chop the dragonfruit, tomatoes, cucumber, yellow pepper into small cubes and mix together in a bowl.

    Tear in the basil and snip in he spring onions.

  4. 4

    Grate in the zest from the lime and then squeeze over the juice. Splash with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix.

    Serve with corn chips and enjoy!
