Combining Arbikie Vodka with dragonfruit, orange juice and cocktail cherries, this exotic cocktail will make you feel like you're on holiday without even leaving the house!
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Arbikie vodka.
Add the simple syrup and squeeze in the juice from the lemon.
Cut the dragonfruit into small cubes and place in the cocktail shaker. Shake hard to break up the fruit a little and then pour the drink, including the ice, into a tall cocktail glass.
Add two cherries and a little of the cherry syrup.
Top with orange juice and serve with a ring of dragonfruit!
