this project is lots of fun i made it as a school project
Tips:
when attaching the cellophane to the wire wings use lots and lots of glue
dont try wrapping the cellophane around or making tabs it doesn't work
just cut 2 pieces of cellophane a little larger than the wings, cover in glue and sandwich together with the wing in the middle wait to dry and trim the excess.
