Stylish gift for my Mom's birthday with freehanded Fantasy/Art Nouveau-like painting

Hello, here's a gift i made for my Mother's birthday. Inside i put a homemade scratchcard with greetings and puzzle on it. I bought a plain jewelry box and painted it with acrylic paint. First i put two layers of white inside and on the outside. Then I painted the pattern inspired by art nouveau patterns mostly with yellow and brown ochre, siena and white. Dragonfly's wing and body was painted mostly with phtalo blue, little ultramarine and viridian. Purple is a mix of crimson red and ultramarine. Box'es inside is painted with thick layer of white and ultramarine. The second dragonfly wing is uncoloured on purpose to save the composition. I was painting it without a stencil or something so it can be tricky to a person without any drawing skills. Little puzzle- I hide a few mushrooms in the drawing. Guess how many?
