  • Step 5

    Antennae (2x)
    (Use dark purple yarn)

    RND 2-9: 6 sc (6)
    Tie-off with a sl.st and leave enough yarn to sew the antennae to the head.

  • Step 6

    Flower
    (Start with thin yellow yarn, use the small crochet needle)
    RND 1: 6 sc in magic ring (6)
    RND 2: 2 sc in each sc (12)
    (Switch to thin pink yarn)
    RND 3: 3 ch, 2 tc in the 1st sc of the ring, 3 ch, 1 sl.st in the 2nd sc of the ring, repeat this 5 times, so you will end with 6 petals around the ring
    Tie-off with a sl.st and leave enough yarn to sew the flower to the head.

  • Step 7

    Putting all the parts together
    Sew the body middle to the head. Then sew the body bottom to the body middle.

    Sew 2 wings under each other on each side of the body middle. Make sure there are about 17 stitches at the front between the wings.

    Sew the antennae to the head, somewhere at round 6.

    Sew the flower to the head, just below the antenna.

  • Step 8

    Face
    Cut 2 eyes out of black and white felt and paste these to the head, somewhere at round 12, with 6 stitches between the eyes.

    Embroider a mouth to the head, somewhere at round 21.

    Put some pink rouge or eye shadow to the cheeks.
