You Will Need (9 things)
- Shortcrust Pastry

Dark layer
- 365 g Dark Chocolate
- 390 ml Heavy Cream
- 25 ml Corn Syrup

Milk chocolate layer
- 182 g Chocolate Milk
- 195 ml Heavy Cream
- 12 oz Corn Syrup
Steps (7 steps, 30 minutes)

Make the pastry according to instructions

Heat cream & corn syrup

Pour over the dark chocolate.
Allow to melt the chocolate.

Pour into the pastry case.
Allow to set.

Use same steps as 3 & 4.

Pour over the dark chocolate layer.
