Fold your fabric in half long ways.
Cut it as long as your doorway is wide.
Cut out ears from felt. If you want you can stitch around the edges to make it look nice, but you don't have to.
Stitch ears on the right side of the fabric to end that will be the head.
Sew down the long side of the fabric, and curve down towards the end to make the shape of the dog's head. Trim around the curved end.
Flip right side out. Fill with dried beans.
Stitch end closed.
