make a loop, this is where you're going to attach the hook
Make a drop shape and push the end through the loop (You have of course to insert the beads.. I'm not so you can better see the wire!)
Make a second smaller drop shape and push the end through the loop again you can make as many drop shape as you want/can
tie the end close to the loop to secure it and cut the wire in excess
to prevent the loops to move around and criss-cross each other, connect them at the bottom with a small piece of wire, twist to secure it. you wont see it too much thanks to the beads.
