Dogs are great, and deserve home made goodies too!

This is a dog bed I made about two years ago now. I used a thick red quilt from Ikea (which I used the majority of to make a headboard) and the top was Ikea fabric thrifted from a charity shop. I made it by sewing the top layer of fabric onto the quilt following it's stictched lines to get the effect I wanted. I did make it with an opening to pop a cushion inside, but as soon as I put it on the floor the dogs were straight at home and comfy, so I didn't need to bother! The pic of Kiki is really bad but Scarlett posed like a beauty.
