Get som old shoes, or buy a new pari it really doesnt matter. First you need to find a picture of 10th and 11th on the internet. It will be a pattern of what u are going to paint.
I must admitt that this project was more about improvisation than about painting something easy. Paint the shirt and the suit. I added a bowtie on 11th shoe and a tie on 10th. I aslo added a fez (A FEZ!) and 3D glasses on the blind spot on the top.
Add some shoe polish and you are done.
