Step 1Draw the design for your shapes on the foam sheet, using a marker and ruler.

Step 2Using a craft knife and ruler, cut out each shape and set aside.

Step 3Attach each shape to a lid or cap, using double-sided tape or craft glue.

Step 4Pour some fabric paint into a flat container. It may be necessary to add some water to give the paint a smoother consistency.

Step 5Lay your fabric onto some plastic bags or sheeting, and get stamping!

Step 6Once the paint is dry, you may need to iron the reverse side to set (check the instructions on the bottle).
