Instructions

1. 

   Tools and Materials: Chain (22 inches) Chainette tassels Pliers Scissors Jump rings Clasp

2. 

   Cut off the loop at the top of the tassels.

3. 

   Open a jump ring, and loop through the top of the tassel. Repeat with the other tassels.

4. 

   Attach and close the jump ring around the center chain link.

5. 

   I spaced mine out every other link.

6. 

   Finish off by adding a clasp with two more jump rings to each end of the chain.

7. 

   Done!
