An easy way to make a boring pair of sneakers bright and fun!
First you need a pair of white canvas sneakers (mine were $4 from wal-mart) and fabric pens/markers. I used the Sharpie Stained brand!
Pick a design or pattern that you love, and good place to look for inspiration are Zentangle books or on Pinterest! I knew I wanted to do a type of striped pattern so first I made the lines that would divide my colors and I later added to them! You can start in pencil if that makes you more comfortable, draw lightly!
Use the fabric markers to carefully draw the design and turn your shoes into the coolest shoes around! I added smaller diagonal lines coming off of each vertical line to make the design pop!
