here is how you can do it
in illustrator design your pattern now you can 1. using a square box, emcompass your design and choose edit save pattern now you can create a larger box and place the pattern in or 2. copy and paste the pattern to create a larger pattern
now import to photoshop and reverse the image edit-picture-rotate horz save as jpeg
now insert your photo transfer sheets into your printer and print your pattern and pre heat your press to 180 degrees C
when your press in heated, open and place your fabric down lay the pattern on top of the fabric(pattern part facing down) and close lid hold down for 30 sec
now take the material out and pull off the transfer sheet
