Step 1: roll up a rosette 1st, roll the fabric from one end tightly to form the center of rosette; 2nd, pinch the rolled part and drip a bit of glue to secure the shape; 3rd, continue rolling and gluing till the full rosette is completed.
Step 2: attach it to hair tie 1st, paint back side of rosette and press a corresponding felt onto it; 2nd, after it dries, paint another layer of glue to the felt, put hair tie on and cover another piece of felt. Let it dry.
