A fun and simple way to create your own galaxy cuff.
This is done using left over nail polish so it's a good way to use up unwanted colours that may not even be usable on the nails anymore.

You Will Need

Step 1Masking tape the inside of the cuff (to protect it).
Spray paint the outside of the cuff black and let dry.

Step 2Tear off small pieces of sponge.
Use small amounts of nail polish and dab over the cuff. Start with light colours like white and silver.

Step 3Keep adding layers of colour over the cuff until desired effect is achieved.
Add rhinestones on top of nail polish layer.
Give the whole thing an overall clear coat and let dry.
Remove masking tape.
