  Step 1

  Gather the things that you need.

  Step 2

  fold the tee lengthwise in half and mark straight lines just like this. (1inch)

  Step 3

  cut the lines using a fabric scissor

• 

  Step 4

  Then, get two of the cut fabric & tie it using a double knot.

• 

  Step 5

  It should look something like this.

  Step 6

  Then get the left part and the right part of two different fringe and tie them together just like this.

• 

  Step 7

  Then, add some beads on the fringe and a sequins on the shoulder.
