Hi guys! I love the idea of being able to paint my hair vibrant colors using hair chalk. The best part of this is that it all washes out after a wash or two, so it is not permanent. Pretty cool huh?!

Hi guys! I love the idea of being able to paint my hair vibrant colors using hair chalk. The best part of this is that it all washes out after a wash or two, so it is not permanent. Pretty cool huh?!

Instructions

  1. Small 104307 2f2014 09 10 212620 hair%2bchalk%2b5

Grab a strand of hair you would like to color and wet it. You can spray water from a bottle or you can just wet it over the sink.

  2. Small 104307 2f2014 09 10 212645 hair%2bchalk%2b6

Place the strand of hair over the hair chalk and press your finger on top of the strand to keep it in place.

  3. Small 104307 2f2014 09 10 213024 hair%2bchalk%2b7

Slide the hair chalk down the strand all the way to the tip while keeping your finger on top of the hair strand so that it stays in place. Keep sliding your hair on the hair chalk until the color looks vibrant.

Repeat the same process wherever you would like colored hair. I mostly colored the tips of my hair as well as a couple of strands here and there. I also used a curling iron in the end to curl the strands of pink hair, but that is totally optional!
