Create a beautiful, rustic tree skirt for under the tree!
Get into the holiday spirit by making your own tree skirt! All you need is some burlap fabric and bias tape. Cut, pin, sew and you're done!

Step 1Trace a circle on your fabric. You can use an old tree skirt, if you have one, or create a circle using a measuring tape pinned to the center of your fabric and a marker.

Step 2Once you've drawn your large circle, and a smaller circle in the center (the opening that will go around the tree), then cut out your tree skirt.

Step 3Now it's time to pin your bias tape around the raw edges of your burlap.

Step 4Once pinned, sew the bias tape onto the burlap getting as close to the open edge of the bias tape as you can.

Step 5That's it, you're all done! Place it under your tree and admire your handiwork! :)
