Instructions

Put the Pegs into the holes as shown to form the shape of the hanger.

  2. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132443 2

Poke the Wire down into one of the holes at the top of the Really Big Jig above the top peg to secure it in place.

  3. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132500 4

Bring the Wire down through the two sets of pegs and down to the left, as shown, in between the sets of pegs on the angle, and around the left most pegs on the bottom.

  4. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132505 5

Bring the Wire up and to the left of the first peg in the bottom row.

  5. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132528 6

Bend the Wire around the bottom pegs in a zig zag line. Use Bent Chain Nose Pliers to gently push the Wire down against the Jig.

  6. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132534 7

Continue to zig zag the wire around the pegs.

  7. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132544 8

When you reach the last peg, wrap the Wire to the right of it and up to the right of the next peg.

  8. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132549 9

Wrap the Wire through the sets of pegs on the right and through the two pegs at the top of the triangle shape. Pull the wire up to the top to complete the Hanger.

  9. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132634 10

Cut the wire so that it’s even with the beginning, and cut the beginning Wire to remove it from the Jig.

  10. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132640 11

Remove the Hanger from the Jig.

  11. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132646 12

Hold the Hanger at the join and use Chain Nose Pliers to twist together the Wires at the top of the Hanger together.

  12. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132701 13

Cut the ends of the Wire flush.

  13. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132728 16

Use your fingers to gently bend the top of the Hanger back at a slight angle.

  14. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132733 17

Use your fingers or a round object to form the twisted wires into the shape of a hook.

  15. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132742 18

Use your fingers to reshape the Hanger.

  16. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132755 19

Bend a piece of Wire around one side of the bottom of the Hanger.

  17. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132816 20

Weave the Wire back and forth in between the curves of the Wire.

  18. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132834 22

Secure the end of the Wire by wrapping it around the Hanger form several times.

  19. Small 114693 2f2016 09 22 132854 25

Use the Bail Making Pliers or a Round Nose Pliers to gently bend each loop - alternating toward and away from you.
